About Role

ROLE OVERVIEW
This role supports the culture of service and collaboration across the COMPANY’S Institute by
ensuring smooth operations related to the engagement and growth of COMPANY’S ’s volunteer
community—COMPANY’S Leaders and Advocates. It also provides operational support for
outreach, onboarding, and retention of global university and industry partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Collaborate with the Community Development and Partnerships Manager(s) to
grow and engage COMPANY’S ’s volunteer and alumni community, and global partners.
● Coordinate engagement activities to advance the COMPANY’S Institute’s mission and
goals.
● Support recruitment, engagement, onboarding, and assessment processes for
volunteers globally.
● Maintain active presence and communication within COMPANY’S ’s global community.
● Manage onboarding and training for volunteers.
● Liaise with COMPANY’S teams (communications, events, operations, academics, etc.) to
ensure seamless community and partnership operations.
● Serve as the primary contact for leadership committee coordinators and
volunteer committee chairs/co-chairs.
● Coordinate leadership committees directly as needed.
● Implement systems of recognition and appreciation for volunteers and partners.
● Maintain accurate data and records for volunteers and partners.
● Assist with outreach to potential partners and support the engagement and
retention of current partners, including but not limited to the COMPANY’S Institute
Consortium.
● Support COMPANY’S Institute leadership in fostering a transformative, inclusive, and
supportive team culture, and in organizing team-building initiatives as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of strong experience, including relationship
maintenance, outreach, processes and documentation. Knowledge of and experience
in international higher education are preferred.
SKILLS: The candidate should have ….
● Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships, and volunteer
management
● Service orientation, with positive attitude
● Superior organizational and time management skills
● Strong foundation and comfortability with basic data management practices,
including Excel
● Excellent interpersonal, writing and overall communication skills
● Fierce attention to detail
● Resilience and the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
● Polished and professional demeanour with great flexibility and openness to
feedback
● The ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Intrinsic motivation and initiative, and a desire for lifelong learning
● Global mindset, with strong desire and flexibility to work on an international
platform
● Experience with the Hubspot CRM is a plus
