About Role
ROLE OVERVIEW
We look forward to welcoming a passionate and driven Associate/Sr. Associate - Outreach to our
team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in advancing our outreach efforts, managing key
initiatives, and fostering meaningful partnerships that align with Company’s mission of bringing career and
college counseling to every school. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to
support our global programs, events, and outreach strategies.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
● Outreach & Partnership Development:
o Develop and execute strategies to engage schools, universities, and education
partners globally
o Identify and foster new partnerships that align with Company’s mission, while nurturing
existing relationships
o Organize outreach initiatives to promote participation in COMPANY’S Regional forums and the
Annual COMPANY’S Conference.
o Strategic outreach to embassies, governments, school groups, university consortiums
and institutions of importance in higher education space.
o Research current events in the higher education space in regions of importance and
present insights to leadership for outreach
o Connect with potential leads and maintaining current relationship
● Communications
o Support outreach communications, including emails, and other updates to potential
and current partners.
o Supporting communication team with identifying key contacts in the region for our
social media outreach
o Work closely with the communication team for the key stakeholder’s and
partnerships deliverables
o Be active on social media and support the overall SM strategy
● Operations
o Support the team with registrations for the regional forums and the conference.
o End to end registration support for university, school and organization delegates
o Assist with keeping the CRM updated with critical contact information
o Support the ongoing major projects like the Host School Programs, Student
Internships, School Volunteer management
o Coordination for Sponsor deliverables
o Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with event planning.
● Events
o Execution of Company’s global events, including pre-event communication, and post-event
follow-ups.
o Manage sponsor relations, ensuring that sponsors are engaged and informed
throughout the event process.
o Manage partner deliverables at the events
● Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless
coordination and execution of outreach and event tasks.
o Support in managing operational tasks, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking
project timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Education, Communications,
Nonprofit Management, etc.)
WORK EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of prior experience in outreach and building and managing strategic partnerships. Knowledge
of the international higher education key players and network shall be preferred.
SKILLS:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
relationships.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.
● A strong alignment with Company’s mission.
