About Role
Are you passionate about building global educational partnerships? Do you have experience engaging with universities and driving impactful student initiatives? Join us as our Manager – Grad Outreach and help expand graduate opportunities across the world!
Role Overview:
Develop and maintain new and existing university relationships globally.
Build strong partnerships by collaborating with university leadership and management.
Work closely with TPOs and student councils at Indian higher-ed institutions to plan seminars and fairs.
Strategize and conduct events for Master’s and MBA student recruitment.
Represent US at conferences and exhibitions to enhance brand presence and partnership opportunities.
Prepare and implement strategic market plans, maintain engagement year-round, and ensure smooth partnership onboarding.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
4–6 years of experience in relationship management or outreach in higher education preferred.
Proven skills in partnership building and management.
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Highly energetic, self-motivated, and focused team player.
Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
